Dad and Chris came down for xmas.
Went up to southland today and got an external 1TB hdd to connect to the PS3 so we can use it as a media centre. Also got a 22inch widescreen monitor for the comp. It's also 1080p so we are using it with the PS3. Games look baller

Rode home again from work. Clocked off at 5:45am like i normally do to catch the train, got home at 6:30am instead of 7:10am. Will be doing it every day i think, aslong as my knees don't start hurting heaps.

Just had the freakyest dream.
Dreamt i was in bed and someone walked into my room. Could just see a sillohette so i asked "what do you want." "Just to be your friend" then as the figure walked foward i saw they were like a weird decaying women with really red lips. Put me in a head lock with incredible strength.
Woke up freaked out and as my vision came too i thought i could see Pete in his space invaders hoodie, so i said "fuck you scared the crap out of me" thinking he came into the room to get something. Then he wasn't even there.

Was pretty set on getting a Marshall DSL 2000, some random cab and a firewire sound card as my setup. Then Peter moved down and i can't use the spare room to stick shit in.
So i was looking at direct recording shit and found Fractal Axe-FX, looks pretty baller. Probably gunna get one and a mixer, might need a better soundcard for recording. Should also cost me heaps less.
Axe-FX i can record with without a mic, has heaps of high quality tweakable amp models, high end effects aswell. Can use it with my current amp's power section too. (for people who dunno what i mean, amps have pre and power sections. One makes the voice, or sound. The other makes it louder, although power amps add to the sound depending on shit)
Hopefully after my bday i can suss out this loan and get shit started.
Think i'm going into the city tomorrow with Pete to get a new BMX. Expect me to have a broken leg soon.
